SERVICE AGREEMENT FORM
PREAMBLE
Global Consulting International Ltd is a service provider company who assist people to travel to any part of the world through Touristic purposes -Admission into schools abroad-Visa Guiding- Employment opportunities- Import and Export- Real Estate- General Commerce-Humanitarian Assistance-Human Empowerment-Environmental Protection. Interested applicants are subjected to take any of the above mentioned program and we give them the appropriate direction as to what procurement that suite them according to the requirements provided by the applicant.
ENGAGEMENT
engagement is made when the applicant agrees the terms of service rendered by Global Consulting International Ltd. Both parties will come to one term of agreement before the contract will be sealed. By accepting the terms and seal of this contract, the applicant(s) agrees to pay a non-refundable registration fee of 100.000frs into the company. The company undertakes to work on the program as requested by the applicant given that, the applicant will wait for the processing duration prescribed which will be the time the file will be ready at the embassy level. We remind our clients to carefully read and understand the terms of service we render before taking a contract with us.

WORK/TOURIST/ CONFERENCE PROGRAMS
Applicants interested in Work, Tourist, Conference must register with the company as conditions stipulated under the first paragraph of the engagement terms before the file will be reviewed by us and work on the necessary documents needed to apply for the program.

- Making deposit to get travel guides on work contract/ Tourist/ Conferences program (s) and at the end, the program is successful thereby getting visa grant from the High Commission of that country, the applicant is required to pay the complete balance as stated in the agreement form.
- Any deposit made to the company as getting services through our travel guide process and at the end it do not materialized/ successful, 80% will be refunded to the applicant. We reserve the right for the applicant to make another choice.
- Upon having your visa from the high commission office, we do not guarantee your entry to that country as it has to do with immigration from country of departure and immigration from country of arrival.
- We are solely responsible in getting you all the necessary preparation such as, documents required and getting you an embassy appointment as it required your appearance at the High commission office for interview if need be.
- We are not responsible whether you fly to the designated country or not as we do not own a private plane where we can decide. We only advice you to respect travel rules and regulations for safety departure and arrival to the designated country.
- The processing duration is subject to either Less than or great than the specified time because the travel or visa procurement has to do with the third parties.
- Applicants will collect the above refund with an advance 1 Month notice prior to your withdrawer with us.
- Withdrawer from a program before the agreement time is analyze as a breach of agreement and we can only compensate you with 50% from the initial deposit made to the company.
EXPLANATION
It should be noted that we rely on the third parties as a matter of getting your file complete and to make it ready for the embassy review and making decsion. The processing duration (processing time) as specified may be less or exceeds should in case the third parties do not respond to the said processing duration given above. we are creating this awareness for clients to know that as getting travel guides, it doesn’t only has to do with Global Consulting International Limited.
